Ballance Design works with industry-leading exhibit designers to create a brand experience that connects with people’s hearts and minds. We engineer your “big picture” idea into something tangible. Our graphics team design the banners and visual elements that give your booth a polished, professional finish. You won’t see grainy or fuzzy images on large-scale banners, text that is illegible or wrapped around corners, or bleeding colours on vinyl or laminated fabrics. We’ll make sure the artwork, logos, images, copy and graphics are optimized for your exhibit, its materials and its size. Your booth’s graphics will look rich and engaging, so you’re sure to turn heads on the show floor.
Ballance Design is your manufacturing and production partner. Your concept is built using materials that match your needs and budget. Services include: Millwork, Woodworking, Metal Work, CNC Machining & Routering, Plastics & Foam Forming, Custom LED lighting and Graphic Production. We engineer, build and stage the exhibit structure, add vibrant graphics using state of the art print machines and technology, add custom lighting and AV technologies and then invite our clients for a final exhibit viewing before the show. We’ll make sure your exhibit dismantles into manageable components, allowing for quick set-up and easy storage, and we’ll ensure all elements are crafted with the utmost quality and care in mind.
Providing the blueprint for your big event, we define the scope of the project and the resources needed to make sure things go off without a hitch. Ballance Design utilizes a network of professional industry partners, providing sourcing and fulfillment and virtually any accessory or item required. We are happy to help provide all of those little important details, making the process as economical and turnkey as possible. This includes retail and store fixtures, POP displays, marketing collateral and swag giveaways. We provide our clients with work back schedules, calling out your key milestone dates and providing deliverables on time and on budget. We also help to define your benchmarks for success, including appropriate metrics of measurements and project analysis tools.
As a value-added service, we offer our clients warehousing and storage options across North America. This includes exhibit storage for all assets and marketing collateral, from a small single pallet, to full trailer loads of materials. Assets are stored in a clean, temperature controlled environments. The exhibit business has a heavy footprint as exhibit assets tend to be very large and take up a lot of storage space – often large warehouses sit full of old assets that collect dust and clients storage costs. It is our job to ensure we are building using lightest materials that knockdown when stored and unused assets either recycled or used another program.
Logistical costs are often some of the highest expenses exhibitors face. We can help lessen this costly burden and improve your shipping and storage efforts. This refers to material handling, electrical and lighting, flooring, suspension, cleaning and furniture rentals. We ensure all show and event approvals are met, forms are filled and early bird rates are taken advantage of. We leverage our experience in the trade show business and knowledge of industry best practices to create strategic, efficient shipping and storage solutions for our clients. We plan six months in advance of your show, giving us plenty of time to spot inefficiencies, plot the best possible route and make changes that lower fees and streamline your efforts.
We help your event come to life with professional brand ambassadors, models and event staff to tell your brand story. We also supply uniforms. We’ll arrive at your show early to help unpack, unload and assemble your booth correctly and efficiently. As most trade shows have a strict time limit for setting up, this service can be extremely helpful—especially for minimally staffed booths. When the show’s over, we can dismantle your trade show exhibit. This not only saves time, but it helps maintain the overall quality of your booth as a whole. We’ll carefully dismantle each piece, fold it, wipe it down, and store it properly before moving it off site. We’ll make sure nothing is broken, lost, or damaged during the hustle and bustle.
