Working with new and exciting companies is one of Ballance Displays goals. We are able to help a new company get into the industry and in turn, build a client relationship that will last for a long time. Our most recent relationship was with Sunrise Solar. Visit them at
Sunrise frequented the show circuit this year, and showcased the social and economic advantages of sustainable energy production using a variety of Ballance Display booth components. In the Green Living Show in April however, a new LED sign developed by Ballance was the hit of the show floor. It demonstrated visually the journey solar energy takes from the solar roof panels through the exterior hydro meters and out into the grid, and how the MicroFIT tariff payments are generated.
Ian McIntosh, VP Marketing with Sunriseindicated how amazed he was with the Ballance creation. “I’m surprised that one little sign could have that big of an impact. Most of the traffic passing by our booth was positively affected, and many ended up in the booth to talk with us”. McIntosh went on to say “To put it in perspective, our capture rate at this Show was double that of any other Spring show…for two reasons – better targeting for green energy adaptors and also that damn little sign. We won’t do a show again without it”.
